What are the hours I am able to access my unit?

24 hours/7 days a week

What kind of security do you have?

State of the art video surveillance, plus we, the owners live within sight of the Storage Centre.

Can anybody drive onto this property or do you need a PIN number? 

The facility is open to everyone.

How can I report any maintenance issues such as a light out, or a gate not opening?

How do I cancel my reservation? 

Call either number.

What do I need to do to move out?

Simply let us know when you are moving out, ensure your unit is empty and swept clean, and return the lock and key.

What should I do if I lost the key to my lock?

Call and we will give you a replacement key. ($25)

Can I change my storage unit to a different size after I have already moved in?

Absolutely! If you realize that you need more or less space after a move, you can simply change to a new unit size, at the new rental rate, with no change fee.

Do you have electrical outlets in your units?

Yes, we have a limited number of units with electrical outlets in them.

Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking? 

Yes, we have options for both indoor and outdoor storage.
